All services provided by GGO are exempt from all responsibility for copyright infringement, intellectual rights or melody falsification.

Each client must be responsible for the commercial use or/and disclosure of the audio material provided. The GGO takes responsibility for the original arrangements and melodies made by our company.

 

GGO has the right to denounce when identifying information on copyright, plagiarism or musical forgery.

 

 

Service Request

 

GGO starts working on your project as soon as clearly understands your intention and get all the requirements in terms of clarification of the required project.

 

It is extremely important that the client knows how to communicate what he wants, in the first time he/she contacts GGO. We suggest that you send all the available material such as references, opinions, links with similar sonorities, scores, etc. It is also important that the customer keeps constant contact with the company throughout the process of creation, responding promptly to the emails sent by us.

 

 

Request to Change the Service Provided (after our Delivery)

 

Our company allows a free modification request or small adjustment during the 24 hours after the delivery. This service aims to meet thoroughly the customer's interest and maintain the highest level of professional quality that GGO advocates.

 

For more significant changes, it will be presented to the customer a budget before its implementation. Note that when the client provides all the information correctly, such situation does not happen.

 

 

Request to Change the Purchase

 

The customer can perform changes to the purchase already made during the hour following the issuance of the request, by contacting our accounting department, and requesting, if necessary, adjustment to the value of your request.

 

 

Cancellation and Refund

Any cancellation to the request already made can be done in the following 24 hours to your request. It will be returned 50% of the total order amount to the customer
